Permit applications must be mailed or dropped off at Elverson Borough Hall, 101 S. Chestnut Street. They cannot be submitted through email.
A NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee is required with each permit application. If applying for both a Zoning a Building permit you must pay both application fees. * Residential Zoning Permit $50.00 * Residential Building Permit $100.00 * Non-Residential Zoning Permit $150.00 * Non-Residential Building Permit $250.00. Please note that although the application fee in non-refundable, it will be applied toward the total cost of your permit(s), with the balance due at pick-up.
